It told me it didn't have screenshot permissions so I closed it and set it's screenshot permission to 'Always Ask'. When I relaunched 'NormCap' again it asked for permission and I granted it. The xdg portal froze and caused my desktop to breifly crash and restore to it's previous state. The permission was succesfully granted but the bug report couldn't be filed automatically. forgot to add this information (wish I could edit previous posts): STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Install 'NormCap' from flathub 2. Set it's screenshot permissions to always ask 3. Launch 'NormCap' and give it screenshot permission SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux/KDE Plasma: openSUSE Tumbleweed 20260131 KDE Plasma Version: 6.5.5 KDE Frameworks Version: 6.22.0 Qt Version: 6.10.1 OBSERVED RESULT plasmashell and the portal both crashed and then resumed normal functionality after granting screenshot permission to 'NormCap'. Crash couldn't be reported automatically EXPECTED RESULT permission should just be granted without any crashes
Can you reproduce this when not updating your system without rebooting?
