Notice that 'CPU' and 'Network' labels not being correct

SUMMARY
When opening the system monitor, i've noticed that some times the 'CPU' and/or 'Network' labels appear partly behind the graphs that that appear below them. It seems to be dependent on the height of the window when it first opens and resizing the height of the window doesn't correct it.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open system monitor with the history tab set as default
2. If some of the labels aren't partly hidden, slightly increase the height of the window, close system monitor and return to step 1

OBSERVED RESULT
Labels are partly hidden

EXPECTED RESULT
Labels not to be hidden
