SUMMARY This is a bug When KTimer application window is closed a systray icon is left. On Right clicking the KTimer icon there is no option to open the window. Rather there is only one option to "Quit". If we try to launch the KTimer application using the KDE Launcher or the terminal it opens another instance of the KTimer application with a new systray icon. There can be n such instances running STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Launch KTimer application. 2. Define a timer and start it. An existing predefined timer can also be started. 3. Close the KTimer application window. 4. Observe after closing the KTimer application window that there is a systray icon for KTimer. 5. Try to right click on the option and only Quit is listed. No Restore, no maximize, etc. 6. Launch another instance of KTimer using the terminal or KDE Launcher. 7. A new instance of KTimer is launched with a second KTimer icon in the Systray. OBSERVED RESULT Multiple instances of KTimer can be launched with their icon in systray. There is no way to open the applications that is minimized to the systray. From the systray icon only one operation is given, Quit EXPECTED RESULT From the systray there should be a mechanism to reopen/relaunch the KTimer application instance. Ideally there should be a single instance of Ktimer only.
