SUMMARY
I use 'Fedora Light' for day theme and 'Fedora Dark' for night theme in automatic switch. Both have dark panel but when I boot at night the panel is set to light colour (and the windows to dark as it should be).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set 'Fedora Light' as light theme and 'Fedora Dark' as dark theme.
2. Choose 'Automatic' option.
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
When system is started at night time the panel is light coloured, although the theme has a dark panel.

EXPECTED RESULT
Dark theme not to be altered.

Windows:

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I haven't tested with other themes (like with Breeze).
'Fix' is to change dark theme back and forth for it to apply correctly.
