SUMMARY
If I toggle Wi-Fi through the quicksettings, the KCM switch doesn't follw the updated status. Say if Wi-Fi was on before and I toggle it off through the quicksettings, the switch will remain on if it was showing while this change happened.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the Wi-Fi KCM
2. Toggle Wi-Fi from the quicksettings

OBSERVED RESULT
The switch doesn't sync the status and then shows the wrong value

EXPECTED RESULT
The switch should follow along
