Seems to be a NVIDIA GPU because I've gotten it to 60 Hz on my AMD integrated GPU.

The shown refresh rates are the ones advertised to us as supported If modes are not available that you think should be, this is a some kind of hardware or driver issue.

You should investigate whether you are using the right drivers. I am going to tentatively close this as it does not appear to be a KDE issue, and I suggest you reach out to your distribution first for support.

The latest official Nvidia driver has dropped support for the pre-RTX 10xx series GPUs which is likely complicating things. I am not sure how Bazzite is handling this, but it is likely important.
