Issue in Plasma 6.5.5

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Shake the cursor over input fields.
2. Shake the cursor over hyperlinks.
3. Shake the cursor then drag items.

OBSERVED RESULT
All corresponding sprites don't appear.

EXPECTED RESULT
All corresponding sprites should appear enlarged.
