The error screen received when trying to log into cvs with plasma integration enabled

SUMMARY
Whenever the KDE Plasma integration is enabled in Firefox (v146), I am unable to log in to cvs.com

If I disable the extension and clear cookies, local, and session, I am able to log in normally.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable extension, clear any stale cookies, localstorage, sessionstorage (this appears to be important as session data from before the extension was enabled seems to bypass the issue)
2. Go to cvs.com login and enter phone number
3. Click continue, this is before you are asked for a password or any authentication

OBSERVED RESULT
Immediately receive "We can't sign you in right now" screen, before a password

EXPECTED RESULT
Expect to receive a prompt for password, security key, or one time SMS

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System: Manjaro Linux
KDE Plasma Version: 6.5.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.21.0
Qt Version: 6.10.1
Kernel Version: 6.17.13-1-MANJARO (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: Wayland
Processors: 20 × 13th Gen Intel® Core™ i9-13900H
Memory: 64 GiB of RAM (62.6 GiB usable)
Graphics Processor 1: Intel® Iris® Xe Graphics
Graphics Processor 2: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050 Laptop GPU

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Clearing cookies, session, and local storage seems to be important to observe updated behavior after enabling or disabling the extension. According to the support at the listed number in the error, logging in with email is not advised (and also doesn't work) so I primarily tested with phone number, which works as long as the plasma extension is disabled.
