Description sayonarasidestep 2026-02-02 19:03:14 UTC
SUMMARY
When I boot, the login screen opens on my primary display, but as soon as I begin typing my password, the field immediately jumps to the secondary monitor. When I move my mouse, it jumps back to the primary monitor, I continue typing, and it jumps to the secondary monitor again.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Attach two monitors, set them up in KDE settings, make right monitor primary
2. Enable Plasma Login Manager, apply Plasma Settings
3. Boot into Plasma Login Manager
4. Start to type password into field

OBSERVED RESULT
When typing begins, the focus/field immediately jumps to the secondary monitor. Moving the mouse will jump it back, but typing reproduces it immediately.

EXPECTED RESULT
For the password field to remain on the primary monitor at all times.
