SUMMARY Does anyone know what might be causing this weird visual bug? At certain spots in this game, when I'm looking around at certain directions, the wallpaper/desktop seem to glitch on top of the fullscreen app. This has also been happening to windowed desktop apps, and I think I first noticed it while changing things with the Taskbar. The game is The Witness, running via Proton. I was trying to search for any kind of keyword combo I could imagine like "linux kde plasma bottom right of wallpaper desktop clipping over fullscreen game windows" but I can't really find anything remotely similar. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Open Application 2. Move mouse around. In Fullscreen 3D game, try looking near bottom of screen. 1. In fullscreen application, look around, particularly near the bottom of your screen. 2. At some angles when moving mouse around, 3. Alternatively, seems to happen without well understood reason for windowed apps. OBSERVED RESULT Desktop (including windows that are currently open) visually glitches on top of current application. EXPECTED RESULT Would not have visual glitching of elements under current application.
