SUMMARY
Launch feedback on taskbar does not work with Wayland.  On X11 it's working fine.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run wayland Plasma session.
2. Click on the Firefox, SMPlayer or wathecer icon you have in the taskbar's quick launch area.
3. Look at the taskbar.

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens you can't understand if the application is started until it started. There's no Launch Feedback at all in the taskbar and on the mouse pointer.

EXPECTED RESULT
There should be Launch Feedback in the taskbar and on the mouse pointer..

I can't repro this, I see the bouncing icon near mouse cursor.

And there's a feedback animation in the panel as well?
