SUMMARY
When changing the volume with the Volume Up and Down keys, the OSD shows up but I can only change the volume by one increment. Pausing the media let's me change the volume further

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start a media
2. Change the volume

OBSERVED RESULT
The volume can't be changed by more than one increment

EXPECTED RESULT
The volume should be able to be changed freely
