Slow start up

digiKam takes an excessive amount of time to reach a usable state. From the splash screen to the main interface, the process takes roughly 150 seconds

Actual Results:
Application remains at the splash screen  state for over 2 minutes.

Expected Results:
Application should load within 10-20 seconds for a local database

Database: SQLite on local SSD 
Collection Size: 80K images
Observation: DebugView logs show long gaps during the startup
