SUMMARY
NeoChat renders messages out of chronological order

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Currently unable to reproduce this issue; restarting neochat resolved it. If anyone is able to reproduce it, please add the steps to this bug report.

OBSERVED RESULT
Messages are rendered out of chronological order

EXPECTED RESULT
Messages are rendered in correct chronological order
