STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Resize a window slowly.

OBSERVED RESULT
It looks like a bug

EXPECTED RESULT
Maybe the effect could be toned down for slowly resizing of windows?

In the attached video you can also see the window moving up and down frenetically, despite the fact that I'm not resizing those sides.
