Shows update available on dnf AND Discover, but Discover hits the error and dnf does not.

SUMMARY
Running an update causes a timeout and failure for the entire update process.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Discover.
2. Go to the Updates section. 
3. Click 'Update All'

OBSERVED RESULT

No timeout.

'sudo dnf update' works fine.

You'll probably want to file that with packagekit rather than discover, we don't do network IO for rpm.
