(As suggested in #514490).

It would be nice if I could mute a specific application's notifications temporarily, without enabling Do Not Disturb for all apps.

This could be placed as an additional button next to Close in the notification pop-up and the notification history, which would trigger the same menu as the Do Not Disturb toggle in the latter. Additionally, it could also be placed in the app-specific context menu on panels.
