SUMMARY
Using Kile is clogging my Konsole history with the following 2 commands repeated again & again:
```
cd <save-directory>
clear
```

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a .tex file in Kile.
2. Make some valid changes.
3. Save the file.
4. Check Konsole history with UpArrow key.

OBSERVED RESULT
Konsole clogged with 2 commands mentioned above.

EXPECTED RESULT
Since I'm not launching Kile manually with Konsole, it should not leave any history in my Konsole.
