Issue in Plasma 6.5.5

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Connect through Bluetooth.
2. Look at the loading icon on both the widget launcher and the device.

OBSERVED RESULT
The loading icon doesn't rotate.

EXPECTED RESULT
The loading icon should rotate.

That's also the case with the same loading icon on both the Wi-Fi widget launcher and Wi-Fi networks.

Oh it happens only when the animations are set to Instantaneous.

Now I don't know if this remains a issue.
The loading icon looks like a bug like that.

Yes, when you disable animations, animations are disabled. :)

In this case, the software is clearly behaving as designed: you told it to not animate anything, so it's not animating anything. Ergo, not a bug.
