Random program windows are going to second screen when oping them.
Plus, turning off my TV turns off AV receiver I get no change or random results. And now I can only output at 1024x768 max at 60Hz on a 4K TV. Also when it's at 4K I can only output at 30Hz.
I get a message in Display Configuration "HDMI-A-2-unknown" and not my AV receiver name.
Turning off my receiver and back on fixed the issue but still at 4K 30Hz.

SUMMARY
Settings seem to get ignored or changed.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Turning off TV that turns off AV receiver though HDMI. (Doesn't always cause it).

OBSERVED RESULT
Always locked at 30Hz at 4K
Was locked into 1024x768
No HDR

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I had priority issues and HDR that worked but has gone crazy at times to saying not supported but TV saying it's on in Windows 11. Is HDR a NVIDIA driver issue? If so, then this may happen to Bazzite if I can get it to work at all.
