SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install kubuntu 25.10
2. Plug in another monitor
3. no taskbar

OBSERVED RESULT
no taskbar

EXPECTED RESULT
(at least by default) all monitors share taskbar config

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: 
macOS: 
Linux: Fresh kubuntu 25.10 install

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This would make it eaiser for windows transitioners, however it should be an option and could be disabled for more customization.
