you can see missinf icon and the icon that is working below.

Using the installed firefox. I set it as my default app. There are 2 choices and one does not have an icon. system keeps defaulting to the icon less option. Also the ver w/o the icon shows up in my favorites even though the app has an icon in the Internet section.

Does this happen with a new user? If so please provide exact steps to reproduce.
