We had a report on the kde-security ML of a user being surprised that the lockscreen was including in a screen recording. Given the SNI for an active recording is hidden this makes some sense.

We  need to ensure that for remote desktop cases nothing regresses, which means the "exclude from screencast" behaviour needs to be somewhat flexible.
