Missing bézier curve' from Find Action list results

SUMMARY
What using the Find Action quick search panel/dialog, typing in 'bez' or even 'bezier' doesn't result in seeing the option for 'bézier curve'

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. ctrl+alt+i
2. type bez or bezier

OBSERVED RESULT
Not locating 'bézier curve'' effect in the result list

Locating the 'bézier curve' effect in the result list
