Video of the issue described regarding plasma-keyboard

SUMMARY
When invoked, the plasma-keyboard obstructs the panel as the panel starts to float

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to any app 
2. Touch a text field

OBSERVED RESULT
Plasma-keyboard gets invoked and the panel starts floating and gets obstructed by the panel which looks slightly off-putting


EXPECTED RESULT
The panel should stay fixed
