Issue on Plasma 6.5.5

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Look at the Application Launcher button.

OBSERVED RESULT
The blue line over the Application Launcher button is a few pixels smaller than the button.

EXPECTED RESULT
The blue line should be pixel-perfect.

Can confirm for all panel widgets. It's not noticeable with the Breeze Light color scheme, only Breeze Dark.

*Possibly* the same root cause as Bug 514715.

Looks like it, its same SVG file.
