SUMMARY
A mouse-over of a face that just had a tag entered will not display the tag. Switching to a different picture and back fixes it.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add a face tag.
2. Mouse-over the face; nothing is displayed.
3. Switch to a different photo, then return to the original. Mouse-over the errant face. The face tag then appears.

OBSERVED RESULT
After a face tag is entered for a face in a photo, the tag is not displayed on a subsequent mouse-over of the face.

EXPECTED RESULT
After a face tag is entered for a face in a photo, a subsequent mouse-over of the face will display the just-entered face tag.
