Rendering a video using the libx265 codec and then uploading to YouTube causes skips in video playback.
When viewed on YouTube, every 30 seconds or so, the video appears to skip forwards, though the audio continues as normal. Eventually, the video skips backwards and is in sync with the audio. This problem is not seen when playing the rendered video locally.

This problem is not present when rendering the video using the libx264 codec and then uploading to YouTube.
