SUMMARY
When the application name is too long, the "New!" badge appears in the wrong position.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install an application that has a very long name (https://flathub.org/en/apps/info.bibletime.BibleTime), or any other application.
2. Rename the application in `Menu Editor` if it isn't long enough.

OBSERVED RESULT
The "New!" badge appears on the scroll bar.

EXPECTED RESULT
The "New!" badge should appear in the usual spot. See attachment.
