no hitbox on very right screen edge

when the system zoom level is greater than 100% the scroll handles of maximized windows dont touch the screen edge. interestingly, the scroll handles do touch the screen edge at 100% system zoom level.

i have attached a screenshot.

this makes scrolling a cumbersome task, because one cannot simply move the cursor to the screen edge, where it naturally stops. one must rather aim the cursor horizontally to hit the scroll handle.

this is annoying enough on its own, but in combination with okular's (let's say) "exotic" approach of implementing mouse wheel clicks, the app is practically unusable at this point.
