i think the current kde hdr calibration application is very bad.
there is no comparison screen with a before and after result.

i am sorry to say that but i prefer a lot more the windows 11 hdr calibration application
it show clearly how dark area looks then how bright scenes look
then show how saturated images and video look with as always a before and after result on each step
then it show a final before and after calibration 
and give you an area to save the settings.

it would be nice to have something similar but with with the kde logo instead of windows logo for example.

this is ok, well not sure, i like the 3 step process of the windows application
it is clear with comparison image for each step.

i really don't like the last step of the kde process where you just have to guess to make the image look correct.
too many subject of interpretation. with no comparison result.
so this is more a presentation and step splitting issue than anything else.
