STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open app with folder picker
2. Use folder picker

OBSERVED RESULT
Tree-view folders.

EXPECTED RESULT
Icon style folders.

That is simply what kio directory dialogs look. Changes for this would have to happen in kio
