Created attachment 188779 [details] Backtrace SUMMARY Akregator quits unexpectedly after selecting links in a feed. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Launch Akregator 2. Click fetch feeds. 3. Select a link within the feed. OBSERVED RESULT After clicking on a link to a web page akregator freezes and quits. EXPECTED RESULT After clicking the link It should just open that page. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Windows: macOS: (available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a terminal window) Linux/KDE Plasma: Fedora 44 Rawhide KDE Plasma Version: Plasma 6.6 Beta KDE Frameworks Version: 6.22.0 Qt Version: 6.10.1 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Added attachment.
This is a problem in Qt, ask the fedora packagers to fix it or wait until a new qt is released. https://mail.kde.org/pipermail/distributions/2026-January/001666.html
Or actually maybe not, i got confused reading the backtrace. Apologies. Do you get this all the time or just sometimes?

That is strange, in any feed or in a particular feed?

Right now if I click Fetch All Feeds then click, This Week in Plasma: fixing all the things, then click the same Heading in the feed. If I click what looks like a button in blue right below the date which says #This Week in Plasma, it will crash. The other day if I clicked on one particular feed it would crash. Again not every feed. Hope this helps.
