Issue on Dolphin 25.12.1

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Launch Dolphin then immediately move a file into a folder.

OBSERVED RESULT
Dolphin doesn't allow being that fast; it should a prohibited icon. 

EXPECTED RESULT
Dolphin shouldn't force fast users to wait.
