STEPS TO REPRODUCE Shift+Del a item. OBSERVED RESULT A notification about the item's deletion appears, but although it's timed; it doesn't have the line of light to measure how time there is until the notification fades away. EXPECTED RESULT The line of line should be there to indicate how much time the notification has from fading away. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Operating System: CachyOS Linux KDE Plasma Version: 6.5.5 KDE Frameworks Version: 6.22.0 Qt Version: 6.10.1 Kernel Version: 6.18.6-2-cachyos (64-bit) Graphics Platform: Wayland Processors: 8 × 11th Gen Intel® Core™ i5-11300H @ 3.10GHz Memory: 9 GB of RAM (8.1 GB usable) Graphics Processor 1: Intel® Iris® Xe Graphics Graphics Processor 2: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 Manufacturer: LENOVO Product Name: 82MG System Version: IdeaPad Gaming 3 15IHU6
Moving files into folders also doesn't have that line of light.

Correction to the steps to reproduce 1. Open Dolphin 2. Shift+Del an item With that said, when I Shift+Del or move an item in Dolphin I see no notification at all. What setting do you have set that shows this? When I copy an item in Dolphin, the notification does have the timed line of light
What setting screen do you want me to show? But I don't think I made any changes that would affect notifications. I've noticed that these notifications only appear when working with massive files, or so many that it takes a bit of time to handle.
In the video I moved and renamed a massive file.
The notification for failing to connect to Bluetooth doesn't have the light.
Compacting items is even worst, it disappeared the moment it got to 100%
Edit Mode notifications are timed but don't have the blue light to indicate when they'll disappear. https://bugs.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=188907
