STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Example software Libre office writer
2. select file/tool/view tab 
3 visible overflow 

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux: fedora 43
KDE Plasma Version: 6.5.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.21.0
Qt Version: 6.10.1

Thanks for the bug report. I'm not able to reproduce this on Plasma 6.5.5 with
Frameworks 6.23.0, Qt 6.10.1

It's possible the bug was fixed in the newer versions of Plasma and Frameworks. Can you re-test with those versions or newer and let us know if the bug is still present on your system? Thanks.

I just found out that it overflows only if you click one tab then hover over the different tabs that are too long
physically clicking the menu always show the complete list   

I checked on latest release as well  
same result
