Try to find a bug that was renamed by someone else, like a dev.

OBSERVED RESULT
You will have some difficulty finding it, or you won't find it.

EXPECTED RESULT
It should store the reporter's latest title for their bug, or move it to the "Personal tags" if they're empty.
That way the original reporter can find the bug with ease.
