Patch

This is a variation of https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=503965. The fix is trivial: Teams has changed its URL. It is now https://teams.cloud.microsoft/. So, `MPRIS_WEBSITE_SETTINGS` in `extension/constants.js`  has to be updated with the new URL.
