SUMMARY
I can't select a select form a html select element in plamoid Webbrowser widget.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Goto: https://www.w3schools.com/html/tryit.asp?filename=tryhtml_elem_select
2. Try to select an element
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
The dropdown window shows for a blink of a moment in the middle of the screen.

EXPECTED RESULT
Showing the drop down window aligned to the field
