This is a video of the bug I am refering to

SUMMARY
Every time I try to turn off Allow using as pointer it turns back on

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Turn off Allow using as pointer and keyboard
2. close system settings or go to a new page
3. go back to game controller

OBSERVED RESULT
It turns back on

EXPECTED RESULT
It stays off
