Gap under title bar

SUMMARY
1 pixel gap under title bar while Minimize/unminimize or open/close qt window of for example Settings (should be not maximized)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Turn on round bottom corners of widows with no borders
2. Set Now window borders
3. Minimize/unminimize or open/close qt window of for example Settings (should be not maximized)

OBSERVED RESULT
No gap under title bar

EXPECTED RESULT
1 pixel gap under title bar while mentioned operations
