**SUMMARY**

Sending SMS messages from KdeConnect on a computer, with attachments added using the `--attachment` option.

The SMS message is received but not the attachment.

Absolute and relative paths tested

`kdeconnect-cli --name “Fairphone3” --send-sms “test pj” --destination ‘0000000000’ --attachment “/home/axel/Downloads/KDE_Connect_Logo.jpg”`

`cd /home/axel/Downloads/
kdeconnect-cli --name “Fairphone3” --send-sms “test pj” --destination ‘0000000000’ --attachment “KDE_Connect_Logo.jpg”`

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Associate Phone
2. authorized access to send SMS messages from Android
3. CLI

**OBSERVED RESULT**

No attachment

**EXPECTED RESULT**

Attachment

**SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS**
- Desktop : Linux Debian 13 Xfce, Kdeconnect installed via official Debian repository
- Phone 1 : /e/os 3.3 (Android 12), Kdeconnect installed via App Lounge (F-droid) (v1.34.4)
- Phone 2 : LineagOS 22.2 (Andoid 15), Kdeconnect installed via F-droid (v1.34.4)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Also tested with Kdeconnect graphical interface, same result (the recipient phone does not receive attachments).
