STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Try to constantly move at 1 pixel by moving the mouse slowly.

OBSERVED RESULT
That is achievable, but it's inconsistent at best.

EXPECTED RESULT
A option that movements that would move the cursor by 3 pixels as movements that would move the cursor by 1 pixel.
