STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. choose Plastik window decorations
2.  open a GTK application with CSD

OBSERVED RESULT
The CSD do not show any icons on the close, maximize and minimize button

EXPECTED RESULT
The CSD should have visible minimize maximize and close buttons
