ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Eye on Screen animation

Description

I am experiencing significant stuttering/jittery animations when opening, closing, or minimizing windows. The animations do not feel fluid, despite the high refresh rate of my monitor (180Hz).

Additionally, there is a visual glitch where the system panel (taskbar) appears to "fly away" or move unexpectedly in sync with the window animations. It seems the panel is being treated as part of the window transition effect instead of staying static on the screen.

can you attach a video of the issue?

> Eye on Screen animation
Does it happen with the default animation?

Does it happen in a new clean user account with no customizations at all?

I'd recommend that you go through https://community.kde.org/Troubleshooting to try to figure out what's triggering the issue. Thanks!
