SUMMARY The PiP window freezes when resizing it STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Start firefox with xwayland 2. Go to any website with a video player 3. Pop up the video, with the PiP button on the right of the player 4. Try to resize the PiP window with one of the corners OBSERVED RESULT The window freezes for a few seconds and doesn't resize EXPECTED RESULT The resize should be smooth while the video is playing SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux/KDE Plasma: Fedora 43 KDE Plasma Version: 6.5.4 KDE Frameworks Version: 6.22.0 Qt Version: 6.10.1 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION I can reproduce this bug on ArchLinux, Fedora 43 and Alma 10 with Plasma 6.4.5 running Firefox on XWayland. It might also happen on Wayland without the new PiP protocol It doesn't happen on Alma 9 with Plasma 5.27 I am pretty sure it is a KDE bug rather than a Firefox one as I couldn't reproduce on Gnome and it also happens with Firefox ESR
Does it happen in 6.5?
