SUMMARY
Kdenlive crashes when using show/unshow record controls in the timeline several times

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1) Open Kdenlive
2) Press New project… button
3) Press Ok on the Project Settings window
4) Right click on audio track on the time line and tick Show Record Controls
5) Right click on audio track on the time line and untick Show Record Controls
6) Right click on audio track on the time line and tick Show Record Controls

OBSERVED RESULT
Application freeze and then crashes

EXPECTED RESULT
Just showing/unshowing Record Controls in the timeline.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: Windows Windows 11 Professionnel
(available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a terminal window)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This a fresh installation of Kdenlive on my computer, no Kdenlive app before.

Report 1:  I can confirm this also exists on 25.12.0 Flatpak and appimage 25.12.0-B on Pop!_OS. Please open a bug report.

Actually I saw this the other day but didn’t report it. Essentially the same process but activated differently. I activated it in the Audio Mixer. I clicked on the Audio Monitor (MIC) icon. Doing it 3 times does the same thing.
