SUMMARY
windows remain on screen when in the panel's edit mode if taskmanager fails to load 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. some how get taskmanager to fail
2. start an application
3. enter edit mode

OBSERVED RESULT
the window does not minimize

EXPECTED RESULT
minimized windows

Thanks for the bug report. How were you able to make the Task Manager fail? We'll need a way to reproduce this to fix it. Thanks!
