Description bluemaximax011 2026-01-13 22:18:11 UTC
SUMMARY
The volume meter in AudioTube's player resets to 100% each time you open AudioTube, despite any adjustments you might make.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Turn volume down in AudioTube's music player.
2. Close and re-open AudioTube.
3. Audio level is back to 100%.

OBSERVED RESULT
A headache when my speakers start blasting music.

EXPECTED RESULT
Less of a headache / volume from the previous session being restored.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
(available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a terminal window)
Linux/KDE Plasma:
KDE Plasma Version: 6.5.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.22.0
Qt Version: 6.10.1

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
You can turn it down via the KDE 'window preview' when you hover your mouse over the taskbar, but that resets to 100% when it goes to the next song as opposed to the next session.
