SUMMARY
Searching for files in Dolphin for entire drive may causes it to stop responding and did the same for Firelight.
This may be the culprit because any of the apps will not launch on first open to not launching no matter how many times you try. And some apps a not effected.
This includes Firefox, Opera, Google Chrome, Libre, and Dolphin.
And when I try to restart computer all I get is the Mother Board logo with Bazzite below it and it's just stuck there.
Restarting computer make the problem go away.

This is almost certainly the same issue you reported in Bug 514538, where disks go missing due to an issue with the hardware.
